• Managed testing of 18 individual batteries to collect auxiliary battery degradation data
• Built 3 simulation models based on 3 variables from testing results to alter business strategy. Each model based off of a set voltage
• Tested validity of results using SQL cleaning and statistical analysis with Minitab, and removed 2 invalid tests of 22
• Created mathematical models with new methods of battery degradation predictions to save up to $30 million in warranty recalls

JL/JT 1D Thermal Modeling

• Persuaded various teams within Aerothermal to reduce fan size, based on comprehensive test results, leading to a cost saving of approximately $20 per vehicle.
• Collaborated with major stakeholders to increase the total information and data stored in WS GMET4 HO ICD portfolio from 10% to 87%of line items

MP Program Vehicle System Responsible

• Developed vehicle scorecard bringing the total completion from 38% to 82% product testing resulting in moving forward to the next stage in production of the vehicle
